Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Tinyfoots, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are custom-made based on your unique designs, we have specific policies for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, the order moves into our production phase, and we are unable to process any cancellations as each item is custom-printed.

2. Refunds for Defective Products

We offer a full refund or replacement if the product you receive is defective, damaged, or if the print quality is significantly different from the preview shown. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

As each T-shirt is custom-designed and printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-input design errors.

4. Process

To initiate a refund request, please email us at divya@tinyfoots.shop with your order number and details of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
